Business Partner is a brand new team in Jet Brains. The team will be focused on sales excellence practices and will manage the KPI process. This team's scope is wide — leading on sales discipline, KPI setting and helping sales leads in pipeline forecast — to accelerate Jet Brains’ revenue growth.
We are looking for a Business Partner who knows how to take responsibility over the KPI management and has a proven track record. From the start you'll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with sales leads to be the go-to person for your sales segment / product line etc.
As part of our team, you will:

• Development of KPI scheme
• Performance analysis for sales roles and functions
• Management of goal setting process (from KPI setting to Payment)
• Development of metrics for sales excellence and pipeline quality including win loss analysis and pipeline hygiene
• Managing of sales forecast
• Close cooperation with the heads of the commercial unit
• Preparation of regular reports to analyze the implementation of plans and goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in the development and management of KPI system
• Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Structured and logical approach to solving problems
• Higher education (economics, finance, mathematics, IT, management)
• Proactive and outcome focussed

Preferable:

• Professional knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables) and SQL knowledge
• Experience in business processes setting and optimization in any field
