Sales Excellence Specialist (Sales)

We are looking for a Business Partner who knows how to take responsibility over the KPI management and has a proven track record. From the start you'll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with sales leads to be the go-to person for your sales segment / product line etc.
As part of our team, you will:
- Development of KPI scheme
- Performance analysis for sales roles and functions
- Management of goal setting process (from KPI setting to Payment)
- Development of metrics for sales excellence and pipeline quality including win loss analysis and pipeline hygiene
- Managing of sales forecast
- Close cooperation with the heads of the commercial unit
- Preparation of regular reports to analyze the implementation of plans and goals
- 2+ years of proven experience in the development and management of KPI system
- Solid analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- Structured and logical approach to solving problems
- Higher education (economics, finance, mathematics, IT, management)
- Proactive and outcome focussed
- Professional knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables) and SQL knowledge
- Experience in business processes setting and optimization in any field
