Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Accounting or with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience;
• Experience in Financial and budgetary practices, techniques and procedures;
• Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget and financial plan submissions.

Duties/role:

• Assisting in the planning, preparation and submitting of the CSSC Operating budget;
• Supporting financial analysis of customer requirements, assisting in coordinating the cost estimation and financial planning associated with negotiation of Centralized Service Level Agreements (CSLA) and other CSSC Price Proposals;
• Assisting as Fund Manager for assigned allocations and exercising strict financial control during the execution stage of these allocations, ensuring compliance with NATO and Agency regulations, and guidance provided by the NCI Agency Financial Controller.
