• IP Interconnect This service consists of multiple platforms that we manage as a team and on which we innovate.
• Monitoring To help all our customers, our team has various monitoring elements that we can use to create traces. In case of complaints, we can investigate the complaints using these tools.

jij ons?

• Experience as a Design Engineer and with Dev Ops, with an emphasis on innovation, because Ops is as automated as much as possible
• Knowledge of Voice over IP
• Knowledge of IP and software development
• Communication and collaboration skills, in addition to your demonstrable technical knowledge
• Project coordination (coordination with other parties outside the team should not be unfamiliar to you)
• Ability to solve a puzzle: you should be able to analyze a customer complaint and set up a call trace and dissect it
• Knowledge of Security (hardening / EPP) is a plus

• A gross monthly salary ranging from a minimum of €5.043,- to a maximum of € 7.786,- based on a 37-hour work week, offcourse depending on your work experience,
• Flexible working hours up to 40 hours per week, potentially increasing your gross salary by up to 8.5%.
• A 10.5% allowance on your gross monthly salary (including 8% holiday pay).
• A variable bonus scheme of 9% corresponding to scale 12.
• Annual individual and collective salary increases in accordance with our CAO.
