Chez Nina is the kitchen and green brasserie of Nina Olsson, a best-selling green cookbook author. We are establishing a new kind of green restaurant brand, and want to find the team members who want to grow with us. We just opened this summer and our guests reviews are overwhelming. That is exactly why we are hiring. We would like to extend our opening hours while maintaining our high quality standards.
As a sous chef, you:
- Will work closely with our managing chef and executive Chef Nina, creating high quality, beautifully presented vegetarian and vegan food.
- You will be responsible for preparing cold and warm food, baking as well as partaking in creative menu planning.
