What You'll be doing

• Lead the merchandising team and both guide & assist them in their daily activities
• Monitor when products are over/under performing and make a plan accordingly
• Check, manage and adjust inventory
• Organize inventory counts
• Plan, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness of work procedures for your department and make adjustments accordingly
• Draft and monitor KPI's

About you

• A HBO and/or WO work and thinking level.
• A minimum of proven 3-5 years work experience in a similar position
• You need to be able to build and lead a team
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience
• Strong analytical and general software skills.
• Knowledge of streetwear and Patta brand
