What you’ll do & Who you are

The Transformation Lead - Target Operating Model will drive the company's efforts to successfully deploy and integrate operating model changes. This role involves managing end-to-end transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the new TOM aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization. You will report to and work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to ensure seamless execution and adoption of the new operating model. The role is hybrid (details to be discussed during hiring process).

What you'll do:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Develop and execute detailed implementation plans for the Target Operating Model.
Ensure alignment of TOM implementation with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders to refine and adjust the operating model as necessary.

Project Management:

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of TOM projects across the Adevinta portfolio.
Define project objectives, scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met (e.g. top management)
Communicate TOM implementation plans, progress, and outcomes to all required levels of the organization.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to TOM implementation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Provide support and guidance to team members to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of TOM implementation.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on TOM progress for executive leadership and the board.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize the implementation process.

Who you are:

8-10+ years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives focusing on operating model implementation.
8+ years experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
8+ years experience with implementation across multiple jurisdictions appreciated
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational structures.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
You are available and open for very frequent travels.
You are a current resident of one of these countries: Italy, France, Germany, Spain or the Netherlands and you are legally able to work there.
