Your responsibilities

• Develop and Implement IT Vision: Shape and drive the overall IT strategy in alignment with Dopper's goals.
• Lead Digital Roadmap: Oversee the digital transformation, ensuring that a digital-first approach is integrated across the organization.
• System Management: Oversee the management, monitoring, and improvement of Net Suite, Workato and Hub Spot through an external service partner.
• Team Leadership: Lead the team of functional administrators for Hub Spot and collaborate with the data analyst on company-wide multi-source data reporting.
• IT Equipment & Software: Direct the general IT equipment and business software in collaboration with an external partner.
• Process Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement of company processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and reliability.
• Infrastructure Development: Proactively analyze and implement improvements in IT infrastructure, working closely with business owners.
• Hardware & Infrastructure Management: Manage the IT and telephone infrastructure, including all hardware.
