What you’ll do & Who you are

The Transformation Office Lead will spearhead the coordination of Adevinta’s transformation initiatives, ensuring understanding of strategic goals and driving comprehensive change across the organization. Your role will involve managing transformation projects (organization, product & technology), leading cross-functional teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to achieve enhanced performance and operational efficiency. You will report to the Chief Transformation Officer. The role is hybrid (details to be discussed during hiring process).

What you'll do:

Strategic planning and execution:

Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with our vision and goals.
Oversee the portfolio of global transformation projects, ensuring they deliver expected benefits and align with priorities.

Stakeholder management:

Work with senior leadership to identify opportunities for transformation and progress
Communicate transformation vision, goals, and progress to all levels of the organization to gain agreement and support

Project management:

Define projects goals, scope, timeline, and budget.
Help manage the transformation budget
Implement best practices and technologies to enhance transformation

Team leadership:

Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and providing guidance and support
Foster a collaborative and team environment with internal and external collaborators

Performance measurement and reporting:

Prepare regular and hoc reports and presentations on transformation progress for executive leadership and the board.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine and adjust strategies as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Facilitate training programs to build transformation capabilities within the organization.

Who you are:

8-10+ years experience in project management, change management, and strategic planning.
5+ years experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate and manage complex organizational structures.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
You are available and open for very frequent travels.
You are a current resident of one of these countries: Italy, France, Germany, Spain or the Netherlands and you are legally able to work there.
