What’s the job about:
The Teamleader is part of the warehouse team where he/she coordinates the activities of and manages the Warehouse Agents. The teamleader reports directly to the Supervisor Warehouse.
Main tasks: To ensure the effective and correct functioning of the warehouse operation and an optimal service to our customers. The teamleader coordinates and performs operational activities according applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Sub tasks:

• Responsible for a (sub)process, (sub)department or specific set of tasks
• Planning daily work and manage the warehouse agents
• Executing and ensuring optimal execution of the warehouse processes/operational activities
• Follow up on In- and Outbound workflow
• Maintaining new and existing (customer specific) work instructions
• Tuning and cooperating with the Supervisor or Manager Warehouse Operations in case of irregularities and/or escalations
• Optimizing the workload amongst warehouse agents
• Ensure safe and responsible use of machines/MHE
• In case of absence of the Warehouse Supervisor executes tasks to ensure continuity of daily business
• Motivates the staff and ensures a positive atmosphere
