• Lead your client servicing requirements and identify opportunities for growth within your existing client base as well as new business.
• Providing professional, accurate and efficient responses to client needs, and be a liaison with external partners and underwriters
• The coordination of client renewals and preparing premium calculations

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• A strong operator with a wealth of experience in insurance broking with Commercial and SME clients.
• This role requires you to hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
• Experience in handling all aspects and responsibilities related to providing broking services and compliance around providing financial advice.
• Proven client engagement skills, an effective communicator, an advocate, and confident in your ability to provide counsel and advice and negotiate good outcomes for your clients.
• A sound degree of commercial competence and the ability to understand and navigate the complexities and needs of your clients.
