Who would suit this role?
The Account Manager's role is to proactively manage customer accounts and secure stock. This requires someone who's happy to travel throughout the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region, has excellent customer service and negotiation skills, and can show initiative and think on their feet.
What does the role entail?
- Grow and develop truck and machinery sales by strategically sourcing assets and identifying market opportunities
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are exceeded
- Utilize various sales methods, including direct selling, auctions, and other appropriate channels, to maximize sales potential
- Work within a strong team environment to deliver excellent customer service and support
- Expand the customer database by identifying and engaging new potential clients
- A confident & vibrant disposition with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Previous experience in a sales driven role
- Results focused with proven ability to reach sales targets

Clean driving record and full license
- Trucks and/or Machinery Industry Knowledge
