Mōu | Who You Are
The Analytics for Course Engagement (ACE) Coordinator plays a vital supporting role, working alongside the ACE Project Lead. The Coordinator also provides support functions for the ACE system including coordination of cases, data analysis and administration.
You will be an experienced and highly competent Coordinator, ideally with experience within a tertiary environment. You will be supporting proactive outreach to our students | ākonga to enhance student success. As part of the team, there is also an opportunity for you to contribute to the ongoing development of the analytics tool.
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A bachelor's level degree in any field
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with a passion for contributing to student success
  • A high level of empathy and care for students, particularly for underrepresented communities
  • Ability to take care of students' needs while following established procedures
  • Coordination experience in a Tertiary or large NZ Education organisation would be advantageous
  • The ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to assist decision making and effective reporting and an understanding of how data can be used to work proactively with at risk students
  • Experience in process and system improvement
  • An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
