We are looking for an experienced Architectural Graduates to join our dynamic Auckland team. In this role, you will design and develop various residential, mixed-use and hotel projects, guiding them from concept to completion.Duties include:
- Develop concept designs by both hand and CAD applications
- Working collaboratively, contribute to projects from inception to completion
- Interpret and apply regulatory and statutory framework to work
- Undertake work in relation to Resource Consent submissions
- Support the team with feasibility studies, identifying site constraints and opportunities
- Promotes the practice in a positive way within the industry
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Architecture
- 2+ years’ experience in an architectural studio environment
- Solid drafting and graphic presentation skills
- Competent with CAD software (DKO uses Archi CAD)
- Knowledge of relevant New Zealand building codes and standards
- Effective communication, whether written, visual, or verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Solid organisation, time management and coordination
