We are looking for a passionate and skilled Athlete Performance Lead to join our team here at Rowing New Zealand.
The Role
This role is to ensure the alignment of performance support services with coaching and RNZ key performance/campaign objectives.
You will lead our multi-disciplinary performance support team with the primary objective to develop and apply the practical, technical, and tactical health and performance needs within the High-Performance Programme Pathway.
About Us
Rowing New Zealand (RNZ) is the national sport organisation (NSO) for all rowing in New Zealand. RNZ has a kaitiaki responsibility for the sport as well as supporting the delivery of quality experiences for all participants through the pathway at Community (Schools, Clubs, Universities), Development (pathways for athletes and coaches) and Performance (international campaigns including World Championships and Olympic Games) levels.
