  • Support the working capital process by collaborating with various business units to gather necessary inputs and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing the external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of the half-year and full-year financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial insights with business goals, strategy, and performance metrics.
What experience you'll bring?
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, ideally CA qualified or working towards qualification.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision support.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver insights to Leadership and Board.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prior experience with financial systems and tools; familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics and D365 is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
