Join us as the Mountains Guest Services Supervisor and become a key ambassador for the Cardrona x Treble Cone experience!
In this role, you'll lead and inspire our on-mountain team to deliver exceptional service throughout the summer and winter seasons, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will coordinate a seamless apartment experience, handle guest feedback with a solutions-focused approach, and work collaboratively with various teams to provide outstanding service.
Your leadership will extend to training and developing our guest services team including the apartments coordinator, evening concierge, and mountain hosts, maintaining a safe and supportive environment while promoting a culture of excellence. You'll also oversee apartment bookings and ensure smooth operations at our guest service locations.
