Cardrona and Treble Cone lead the way when it comes to High Performance Coaching, we are renown for training some of New Zealand's top Winter Olympic athletes. Our wide variety of top-notch facilities help athletes succeed in their chosen disciplines.
We are looking for the right person to lead and manage our race programme. You will manage a team of qualified and experienced alpine ski racing coaches. You will lead by example, focusing on team values and ensuring our vision is realised. You will inspire and foster innovation.
To be considered for this role you will have:

• Considerable experience in a snow sports coaching role with advanced knowledge of coaching and training plans, skill acquisition and development, and effective coaching methodologies
• Industry specific coaching qualifications and have sound knowledge of international coaching practices.
• Proven strong administrative skills, coupled with great communication and people management skills.
• Calm, approachable and pragmatic leadership skills, supporting and nurturing an environment that celebrates continual learning and the success of individuals within the team.
