November 13, 2024
We are looking for a dedicated health care professional to fill our part time Care Coordinator role in Te Ara Tu o Ngati Hine, General Practice located at the Kawakawa Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity under a new national initiative, where we are able to offer a part time position for a fixed period and would suit someone who has experience and is familiar with navigating healthcare services, is comfortable working with patients and whanau, and is able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting general practice.
