The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 18 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

At Ultimate Care Oakland, we are a family. We are looking for dedicated, reliable people who have a passion for working with the elderly.

We have permanent full-time opportunities available for Caregivers with NZ experience in Aged Care and wanting to grow their career in aged care caregiving.

Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $26.16 - $28.25 based on experience and qualifications.

The Role:

• Providing a friendly and supportive service
• Personal cares
• Helping with general activities in daily living
• Housework
• The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.

About You:

• Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
• NZ Experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
• Must have minimum NZ Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 3/4 or equivalent (We will consider those still completing their Level 3)
• Previous experience in delivery of care or health services
• Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
• Possesses a can-do attitude
• Honesty, reliability, and integrity
