Casual Administration Officer - SMHAS, Waitemata

- Casual role
- Main bases: 44 Taharoto Road and 33 Paramount Drive – however this casual role covers all sites across the Waitematā District
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage bookings for meetings, conference rooms, and client appointments
- Oversight of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment
- Assist with general office tasks: handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Data entry and record keeping: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organise files.
- Support team members: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals.
- Ad Hoc administrative duties: Assist with special projects and tasks as required
- Experience: Previous administration experience preferred but not essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude
