An exciting opportunity has arisen at Enrich Group, for an experienced CEO to provide thoughtful and visionary executive leadership that is inclusive, transparent and empowering in a manner that supports and delivers the Enrich Group vision.
Reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and overall operational management of the organisation, in line with the Board directed strategy and associated Trusts, financial and resource management, governance support and reporting, representing Enrich Group in communications and public relations, and develop strong relationships within the disability sector.
Enrich Group is a family of organisations with common and complementary services that support people with disabilities and those living with autism and neurodiversity across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and King Country. You will be an integral part of driving the business to the next level to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for someone who is values driven, who can partner with the board and leadership team across the group and build relationships with people at all levels.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in management, health and disability sector or related field
- Recent experience as a chief executive or senior manager preferred
- Experience in organisational strategic design and development
- Experience working in government and commercial contracting environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse commercial, financial, political and legal information
- Proven success in driving change and innovation
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the square
- Analytical thinking with the ability to observe and forecast trends and risk
- A good understanding of governance processes and policies
- Broad understanding of the health and disability sector

This is an exciting role which requires someone innovative, collaborative and outcomes focussed who relishes change and enjoys a challenge. The position is full time based in Te Awamutu.
