We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated indiviudal to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a section for the preparation and service of menus for each dining period to highest standard
- Cooking for high-end guests requiring flexibility with menus and attention to guest's special dietary needs, allergies, preferences and requests.
- Efficiency prepare for dining periods so that appropriate quantities are cooked
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food health and safety standards of New Zealand.
What you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and tourism industry.
- High-end professional experience is desired
- Experience in all fast-food items would be advantage
- A diploma in Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- New Zealand Full drivers licence is a MUST
- Ability to work during the weekends and holiday as we have rotating shifts in place.
