**The Role:**
We are seeking a passionate and career-focused part time or full time Chef De Partie to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your culinary skills in our open-plan kitchen, led by our experienced Head Chef. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, managing a section, both dinner and lunch services, and general kitchen duties.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with the initiative to step up and excel in this role. While we value independence, there is ample opportunity to learn and develop skills in areas such as small goods production, butchery, curing, pickling, fermenting, and smoking – if you show a desire.

- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Manage and run a section effectively during service

- Our operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday.
