In this senior role, you will lead a team of talented theatre nurses, ensuring excellence in the provision of quality surgical care across a wide range of specialties, including General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, Orthopaedics, Neuro, Vascular, Plastics, and Ophthalmology.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• A Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate and relevant scope of practice for a surgical setting.
• At least 5 years of theatre experience, with a strong preference for General Surgery experience.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team.
• Post-graduate qualifications in clinical nursing practice or a commitment to further education.
• Intermediate-level computer literacy and a proactive approach to learning new systems.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and the ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
