Registered Nurses – Aged Care
Hours 1 x Afternoons shifts and 1 x AMs & PMs on roster
Location: Christchurch
Up to $49 per hour depending on experience

I'm exclusively representing my client, a leading aged care facility, in their search for dedicated Registered Nurses to join their team. What’s on offer?

• Competitive pay rate of up to $49 per hour
• Flexibility with two part-time roles available:
  • One position will move straight into afternoon shifts
  • The second role offers a mix of morning and afternoon shifts over a two-week rotating roster
• A role that allows you to truly make a difference in the lives of elderly residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centered care that promotes the well-being, dignity, and independence of residents
• Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing complex care needs in a busy facility
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
• Maintaining detailed care records and communicating effectively with residents' families
• Taking sole charge of shifts when required, ensuring all aspects of care run smoothly and safely

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for aged care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
• At least 12 months of Aged Care nursing experience in New Zealand
• Experience in a large facility with complex care needs
• Ability to work with confidence and autonomy
• Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand – unfortunately, we cannot consider overseas applicants for this role
