The Role
This is an essential position within our busy Commercial store in Richmond that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Auckland region. This is a demanding role that will see you responsible for the following:
- Management and profitability of products and sales
- Training and development of fleet staff
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Accurate stock management and quality control
- Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed
To be successful you will need:
- A full, clean NZ Driver's License
- Demonstrated experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry
- An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
- Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
- Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
