Provide general and financial administrative support to the Injury management team to enable smooth process.

Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role:

As part of our Injury and Rehabilitation team, the Coordinator Business Support will support our staff in both general administration and financial administration. You will be responsible for loading claims with ACC, inbox management, processing invoices, and general administrative support.

This is a fixed term position until 27th June 2025.

Use your strong administration and financial administration experience to hit the ground running in this fixed term position. You will be an effective team player with excellent numerical skills, open to new ideas and willing to take on new challenges, roles, and responsibilities. It would be an advantage to have experience loading ACC claims.

To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will:

• Understanding of accounts payable, and proven ability to process invoices
• Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
• Good computer literacy, within MS suite
• Great attention to detail with the ability to use analytical thinking

The salary range for this role is $58,218 - $64,687 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
