CRM Support Administrator

Are you passionate about data and customer relationship management? Join our high-performing Commercial Operations team at NZME as a CRM Support Administrator! You’ll play a crucial role in connecting key sales systems and supporting the NZME Commercial CRM system for all Sales, Traffic, and Group Financial users across various locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data management:
- Manage CRM queues and ticketing, including account setups, ownership, updates, and general queries.
- Collaborate with Bookings teams and GFS, ensuring data entry and maintenance adhere to business rules.
- Review and correct data, plan and execute data maintenance, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Provide general CRM support, monitor the query ticketing system, and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
- Offer friendly and efficient support, resolve user issues impartially, and log issues in the support desk and incident registers.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on CRM development, maintain a knowledge base, and analyse support requests to identify learning needs.
- Deliver user-friendly training sessions, both introductory and refresher, as required.
- Develop and maintain training materials. Keep the Training Register up-to-date.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for CRM system enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure testing is accurate, timely, and results are well-documented.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an administration or data management role.
- Experience with CRM systems and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements are essential.
- You are detail-oriented, with a knack for data accuracy, well-rounded general knowledge and a passion for customer service.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can train and support users effectively.
