YOUR ROLE
In this role you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Part of your day-to-day will involve entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself and other areas of the business.

ABOUT YOU
You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks. Reliable and enthusiastic, your excellent people skills enable you to negotiate win-win outcomes within timeframes and expectations.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- Prior experience in a similar office-based customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work effectively individually and in a team
- Takes initiative and solutions-oriented
