Join Our Customer Service and Picking/ Packing Team!
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months
Schedule: Public holidays and weekend availability
Are you outgoing and love working with people? Do you have experience in a customer-facing role like retail or hospitality? Do you want to work outdoors picking strawberries/ indoors packing strawberries? If so, we want you on our team!
We're looking for friendly individuals with a positive attitude to fill various customer service roles at our PYO strawberry farm. Whether you're helping customers in our pick-your-own strawberry fields, working in our cozy café, making real fruit ice cream, or assisting in our adventure park, we have a spot for you!
We provide full training to ensure you're confident and ready to deliver the best experience to our visitors.
We have weekday hours available for picking/ packing and weekend hours available for customer service positions.
We are a busy summer destination, so availability on weekends and public holidays is essential (including the Christmas/New Year period).

We are a busy PYO berry farm and have become a well known destination for local and international visitors. Our visitors love our fresh strawberries, real fruit ice creams, adventure park activities and browsing our farm shop. We grow a variety of berries and are focused on premium quality, taste, consumer health, and environmental sustainability. Previous experience in a customer-facing position (e.g. retail, hospitality)
Previous experience in a horticulture; picking/ packing
A friendly, outgoing personality
A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
Happy to work in an outdoor environment
