Join Our Team as a Digitisation Bureau Operator! Position: Digitisation Bureau Operator

Department: Digitisation Bureau

Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Location: Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora Mid Central Region

At Te Whatu Ora Mid Central, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards in clinical record management. We're looking for a dedicated Digitisation Bureau Operator to join our team and help us transform paper records into secure, digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately scan and digitise clinical records
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
  • Verify the quality of scanned images and correct any issues
  • Maintain organised digital files for easy retrieval
  • Operate and maintain scanning equipment
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
