Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
As a Team Lead within our Work Management Centre, you will oversee the processes of works dispatched to our greater Telecommunications Field Teams. You will be the first point of contact for representatives, lead and manage a small to medium sized team, manage escalations from field managers, regional managers and optimise processes to continuously improve outcomes achieve KPI targets.
This role would suit a people-oriented Team Lead with high-volume dispatch centre experience. You will build rapport quickly with the team, our customers, provide insight and solutions that empower our teams to deliver an optimal, seamless and efficient process for the Telecommunications business.
To be successful in this role you will have
- Proven experience leading a team in either a contact centre, dispatch or jeopardy management role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and good technical aptitude to manoeuvre multiple systems to seek solutions.
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude, the ability to provide direction to the high-performing, knowledgeable team.
- Previous experience in a technical industry is advantageous.
- The ability to empower team members to achieve KPI’s and provide guidance, coaching and individual development opportunities.
