TRADE Picking & Dispatch Coordinator – Full-Time

We are looking for a talented allrounder, who can coordinate our order picking and dispatch functionsand be responsible for our Customers getting the materials they need, when they are required.
The successful applicant will have;

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, this is critical for the role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good numeracy skills and accuracy
• Be flexible and able to think on your feet
• Be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
• Keep a cool head during challenging situations
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Familiarity with computers and keyboard skills and experience with document and spreadsheet generation (or an ability to learn)
• Some knowledge of building materials would be advantageous, but not necessary
• A current full driver’s licence is required

A current forklift licence (F Endorsement) would be highly regarded, although not necessary as training would be given.

We are seeking candidates who are available to work 7.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Applicants must be an New Zealand citizen, resident or hold a current open work visa for New Zealand.
