About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our CAD Manager with both draughting services and to our support our drawing management processes. You will have experience using Auto CAD and Autodesk Vault and have a keen eye for detail. This is not a full-time position, we are looking for a contractor who can support our team approximately 8 hours a week. We have offices in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, or remote work is an option.
Key Responsibilities
  • Use Auto CAD to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Manage our drawing management processes using Vault
  • Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
  • Manage our drawing publishing process, uploading approved drawings into our construction management software, Procore.
  • Assist in ensuring drawing QA processes are followed before drawings are published.
Ideal Candidate
  • Has relevant experience in draughting
  • Proficient in Auto CAD and Vault
  • Ideally familiar with Auto CAD Electrical, however not essential
  • Ideally has worked in the energy/electrical sector
  • Currently resides in New Zealand and is entitled to work here
