- Excellent planning, assessment, and documentation skills:You are skilled in designing engaging curriculum plans, observing and documenting tamariki learning progress, and collaborating with whānau to set achievable goals.
- Commitment to continuous learning:You are passionate about staying updated on contemporary ECE practices and are eager to contribute your knowledge and expertise to our team.
- Technology integration:You understand the potential of technology in enhancing learning and are comfortable utilising various technological resources to enrich tamariki experiences.
