Endpoint Management Engineer

Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are looking for a permanent Endpoint Management Engineer to add value to the Digital Services & Enterprise Projects directorate. This role sits within the Service Desk which is responsible for the delivery of level 1 and 2 support.
This role is responsible for maintaining all devices used by our staff. This includes securely packaging and packaging operating systems and applications, providing centralized print queue services, and providing centralized application deployment through the company portal.
You will have skills and experience in end user device management, application and visual audio management, and print management.
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to be flexible in finding solutions

You will have

A relevant ICT tertiary qualification
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and configuring cloud-based solutions
A minimum of 2 years experience enabling and configuring Office 365 services
