About the opportunity
With one direct report, you will provide verification and coaching, supported by your expertise in interpreting regulatory requirements, FSQ Standards, and market and customer needs. You will infuse energy and direction into FSQ systems and projects by building strong, positive, and lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Key accountabilities include:
- Maintain and improve the site FSQ culture through the delivery of training and quality awareness programmes.

Uphold and manage the Site FSQ system.
- Provide direction on key FSQ initiatives.
About You
Success factors include:
- Demonstrable experience driving change in a quality environment.

Extensive food safety systems and process skills preferably from a dairy environment

Previous auditing experience in a food environment preferential
-
First rate relationship building and influencing skills with the professional courage to do what’s right
-
Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance in relation to products and manufacturing processes
- A relevant tertiary qualification in food science, technology or quality systems would be highly regarded.
