The Role
As a Freight Sorter you will be responsible for unloading and sorting courier freight to meet inbound deadlines. Ensuring that all freight is sorted and meets connections to our courier fleet for delivery and helping to move freight from all around New Zealand for delivery in Blenheim.
We are looking for a new team member to join our early morning sort team.
The hours of the role available are:
  • Monday to Friday 3.30am to 8.30am
  • Total = 22.5 hours
  • The ability to cover occasional leave on Saturday mornings as well as later finishes over peak periods is highly advantageous.

Being able to deliver is our culture and to fit in you'll need to demonstrate the following key attributes:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Punctuality
  • Physically fit - able to lift up to 25kgs. The role requires repetitive lifting and working on your feet for long periods.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Forklift licence or experience preferred but not essential

Starting rate is $24.25 with a great allowance for night shift.
