Central Wellington Medical Centre is looking for a passionate General Practitioner to join our supportive team of Doctors, Nurses and Administrators. We aim to provide equitable and responsive quality health care to the community, meeting patients' individual needs in a friendly and caring environment.
We are a Foundation accredited, modern and progressive practice located in Central Wellington. The practice is located close to food, restaurants and cafes, shops and public transport. From our premises, we get a stellar view of the shopping district and the view of the wharf is absolutely stunning on a beautiful Wellington day. Enjoy your coffee or lunch breaks looking out at the water, or enjoy a scenic walk close by to reboot and recharge.

You will be supported in your role by an experienced team who all work closely together to provide high quality general practice care. We are staffed by a team of doctors with varying special interests such as minor procedures and Women's Health, and welcome doctors with special interests in any facet of primary care - whether you are looking to pursue a new topic of interest, or to add to the variety of our existing team, we want to hear from you!
Key requirements to apply:

Registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand and have an active Annual Practicing Certificate or be eligible to obtain such registration.
Legal right to work in NZ
Be able to work in the scope of a Primary Care Practitioner
Strong written and verbal communication
Must be a positive team player, have resilience and bring their authentic self to work.
