We are currently seeking talented graduates to join our dynamic Graduate Programme commencing in February 2025. These are positions of permanent employment with an approx. 18-month initial graduate programme upon commencement that will give you a comprehensive introduction to the dairy industry and equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your career.

Our ideal applicants will have:

• A Bachelor level degree (or higher) in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology - MUST be gained within 24 months prior to the commencement of the Graduate Programme
• Strong academic record and an interest in the dairy industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A desire to contribute to a sustainable and ethical business.
