• An engineering background with specific manufacturing plant experience
• Knowledge of maintenance diagnostics
• Ideally a trade qualification in Engineering or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and to meet deadlines
• A proactive and cooperative approach and the ability to work as part of a small team
• The ability to identify issues relating to R&M and site services that need resolution
• Ability to manage time and prioritise and organise workload
• Proficiency with basic office computer software
• A high level of problem-solving capability.
• A bonus would be any reliability specific training such as VCAT 1, 2 or 3, Ultrasound, Asset management, field lubrication, Infared.
