The Role:
As the Head of Digital Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, overseeing the Product and Delivery teams. You will lead the execution of digital initiatives that drive business success, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with our strategic goals. In this newly created role, you'll play a pivotal part in uplifting the quality of our digital solutions and building confidence across the organization. Your leadership will be key to managing our vendor partnerships and ensuring value from external collaborations, while fostering strong communication and collaboration within the team. This role offers the chance to truly make your mark and be a driving force behind our transformation journey.

About You:
You're a visionary leader with 10-15 years of experience in digital delivery, proven in leading large-scale digital projects and managing diverse, high-performing teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, and vendor relationships will ensure you deliver exceptional results across multiple major programs. Your leadership style inspires teams, fosters collaboration, and maintains a sharp focus on quality. With a keen eye for commercial and vendor management, your decisions drive value and maximise partnerships. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with strategic thinking, will make you successful in this role as you navigate challenges and deliver on our goals.
What you'll bring:

Proven leadership in digital delivery, with at least 10-15 years of experience
Expertise in Agile practices, project management, and quality assurance
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and vendor management experience
Ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneously
A track record of fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
