In consultation with Nic Watt, world renowned chef, MASU is a nod to Japanese tradition with a contemporary twist. Located on Federal Street, this sophisticated Japanese eatery with an urban bar feel is an integral part of Sky City's award winning restaurant scene.

About the role
We are looking for a confident Senior Bartender with 2-3 years' experience in a busy bar offering a range of wines & cocktails. Your excellent beverage knowledge will be accompanied by your passion to create exciting new cocktails while also perfecting the classics and providing exceptional service for our customers. As a casual role, you will have the ability to jump in and support our team when necessary and enjoy the flexible nature going into our busy summer season.
