About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Woolworths NZ is on a mission to redefine the online grocery experience, and we're looking for a visionary Head of Customer Growth to lead the way. This is your chance to spearhead data-driven marketing strategies, breathe new life into our customer lifecycle management, and partner with our digital gurus to create truly influential shopping experiences. From cutting-edge digital campaigns to impactful above-the-line initiatives, you'll orchestrate a symphony of marketing magic, all while keeping a laser focus on e Commerce targets and elevating our brand perception. If you're a passionate innovator with a knack for turning data into gold, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use our single customer & member view to influence customer retention & loyalty
- Drive efficient & effective customer acquisition, activation & onboarding
- Build a deep understanding of the e Com & Woolworths customer value proposition and an ability to convey this value to customers in a simple, yet highly compelling way
- Deliver smart growth through commercial thinking and clear prioritisation. Provide clear forecasting, commercial modelling & ROI evaluation to give the broader business confidence in return. Lead the customer growth squad, fostering innovation, collaboration and delivery of commercial objectives including sustainable customer acquisition, retention, reactivation & lifetime value growth
About You | Mōu
With over 10 years of experience leading strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives, you're a seasoned expert in customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle automation. You've honed your skills in brand development, personalisation, and content delivery, consistently driving customer growth through traditional, digital, and loyalty marketing ideally within a Saa S or Subscription based business.
A data aficionado, you possess a strong understanding of analytics, data science, and predictive modelling, allowing you to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and leverage personalisation models to unlock customer and commercial value.
You're a natural leader, adept at developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. Your strategic thinking guides performance across multiple complex workstreams, always prioritising effectively to maximise impact. Not only can you articulate complex marketing and technology concepts with clarity, but you also thrive in fast-paced agile environments, leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
