ABOUT THE ROLE
The HSEQ Advisor will play a key role at Fabrum as we expand the types of projects we deliver and continue to scale the company.
We are looking for a someone passionate about H&S and Quality to drive change, establish best practice H&S in both manufacturing and construction environments, and get hands-on building scalable web-based processes and systems for both H&S and Quality.
As part of the role, some travel to site will be required. This will generally be for short periods setting up systems for new sites or auditing.
This is a hands-on role and would suit someone at the Advisor or Senior Advisor level.
You will have the opportunity to:

• Design new H&S and compliance systems for project work, including off-site construction and management of sub-contractors
• Drive a continuous improvement H&S culture across manufacturing, projects, and servicing
• Build web-based processes and reporting to support a scalable H&S and Quality function
• Collaborate with Projects and Manufacturing leadership to drive change, advising on best practice

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Strong NZ Health and Safety experience, including setting up and managing H&S for new construction sites
• Hands-on experience implementing or improving web-based H&S or Quality systems, including training, tracking, and compliance
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Good experience with Quality systems and processes
• Ideally a background in Construction or Oil and Gas

If you have any exposure to the below, that would be a benefit.

• Experience with engineering and/or manufacturing environments
• Commissioning or hazardous area experience
• Knowledge of Australian H&S practice in construction
