Due to some significant project wins and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to expand our modelling team with a new Hydraulic Modelling Discipline Lead role. A dual opportunity, the Discipline Lead role will be performed in conjunction with your position as a Principal Modeller.

• Ensuring workloads and resourcing are managed and utilised effectively.
• Technical development of hydraulic modelling team members.
• Coordinating the development and use of materials and tools to improve delivery efficiency.
• Contributing to hands-on technical project work.
• Being the key point of contact for our clients.
