The Opportunity


We are looking for energetic Junior Software Engineer who have a strong desire for personal growth and development. You will be working with our growing and enthusiastic development team in Auckland and be contributing directly to the building of modern software solutions used at airports around the world.


The Specifics

• Developing and maintaining software as part of a self-organising, multi-disciplined scrum team
• Testing and creating automated tests for software
• Documenting code and product features
• Participating in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives and backlog grooming as appropriate.
• Invest in personal training and development to maintain and advance your performance overtime.
  
• Assist and support Product Developments Services by effectively handing assigned service requests and defects for customers both internal and external.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years Commercial Software Development Experience
• Working Knowledge of Agile
• Time spent working in team environments, particularly self-managing environments
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and concepts including Java Script or Type Script, Angular or React, .Net experience, Version Control System, Web Services, Aviation industry
• Can do attitude.
• An optimistic outlook on life, common sense and a sense of humour are essential A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best.
• High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
