Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join Oaks Wellington Hotel on a Full time basis. This role will be focused on Breakfast & a-l-carte & Events.
Responsibilities Include:

Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
Cook delicious meals
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Keep the kitchen organized and clean
Responsible for all types of cleaning, filling records, maintaining food cost, wastage control.
Avavilble for breakfast and dinner shift when required

Pay Grade:
$30-$31 Per Hour

Qualifications
To be successful you will have:

1+ years experience in breakfast service/Buffet/A-la-Carte & conferences & Events in a similar position
Solid knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Excellent communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
Availability to work morning shifts across a 7 day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
