Job Description
Working alongside our wider Security team, and in collaboration with service providers and stakeholders in Z, you will play a leading role within a major information security uplift programme, serving as a Security expert in various capacities.
You will have the opportunity to;
- Lead security initiatives that are part of our cyber security uplift program
- Improve excellence in security operations by improving processes and train more junior colleagues
- Provide Internal Security Consulting to various internal partners and stakeholders – understanding & explaining security concepts, translating security to risk for non-technical colleagues
- Champion Security Culture within the Digital Business Unit and wider Z
- Developing or delivering security awareness & training initiatives
- Work with the security team to manage security partners, triaging security events and vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Broad knowledge in Technology Security & Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives, with commercial experience either within Security Consulting, or within a large Enterprise organization
- Expertise in leading & influencing teams of people to achieve long term improvements, but also on daily tasks and team goals.
- An effective relationship builder, able to manage performance, uplift capabilities, coach and motivate others
- Experience in planning, implementing and upgrading security measures for the protection of IT networks & information
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, colleagues and vendors, with great communication capabilities
