Kairuruku Hōtaka | Programme Coordinator/Kairuruku Kaupapa | Project Coordinator

We are looking for two experienced Programme Coordinators and two Programme Coordinators to join our newly established Coordination team.
The Coordination team works collaboratively with Programme and Project Managers to provide professional programme and project coordination services to the Ministry, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.
You will be a pro-active member of the team, enabling others and helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that project teams are able to deliver. Key accountabilities are outlined in each of the attached Position Descriptions.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment and have the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Our senior members of the team will provide coaching and mentoring to ensure you have the right support to thrive in the role.

Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high value coordination services to programmes and projects and supporting a Programme/Project Manager day-to-day, ideally in a central government setting.
- High level of technical skills in project and collaboration tools e.g. Planview, Mural | MS Whiteboard, CRM.
- Exceptional visual presentation skills to enable decision-makers.
- Able to operate across a business group's work programme in collaboration with other programme and project based roles.
- Cultural capability in or a willingness to incorporate te ao Māori into your everyday mahi.
Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau | Salary range
Salary range for this role is $69,248 to $83,720 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.

The location for this role is flexible which means you can work anywhere in New Zealand and there is an option to work from home. However, please note that one role is Wellington based.
